December is a busy month for everyone! We wanted to take moment to update you on some Mad Happenings <3
Holiday Hours
We are open Sundays!! In December the shop is open Sundays from 1-5pm. We also have extended hours on Saturdays and are open 10-6pm.
Saturdays are a treat!
We want to treat you!
Every Saturday this month we have a little something planned to show our appreciation to you! Starting with “coffee on us” (as inspired by Jillian Harris). Throughout the day we will be posting Starbucks gift cards to our insta stories so you can caffeinate while browsing new arrivals!
Gift wrap by donation will be offered on Saturday, December 21st! We are asking for a minimum donation of $5. All proceeds of the gift wrapping station will be donated to Winnipeg Harvest
Holiday Return Policy
Any gifts purchased in store between Dec 1st – Dec 24th are eligible for exchange or store credit until Jan 8th. The purchaser has 7 days from date of purchase for a full refund with their original receipt and form of payment.
Returns and exchanges for gifts will be accepted starting December 27th.
Please note the online return policy will still be 21 days for a refund or exchange. We are recommending that clients purchase gifts over the phone instead of online, so they can receive a gift receipt. The online shop is not set up to be able to offer gift receipts at this time!
Boxing Day!
This year, we are CLOSED on Boxing Day! This decision didn’t come lightly – you know how much we love a crazy sale day with you guys! After all of the projects we’ve taken on this year, the travel, and just the general hustle of the season, our team is going to be spending time with our families on the 26th (Ps. stay tuned to your inbox, there may be a promo code going out for some online shopping on the 26th) Thank you for your understanding! <3 <3
We WILL be hosting a weekend boxing day sale on December 27th and 28th!
Resort Collection
If you’re heading somewhere hot this winter- we’re so jealous! Our resort collection is launching online December 18th (with items available for shipment or pick up in store!) That way you can snag a couple goodies before they hit the floor.
The collection will launch in the shop on December 30th!
