Andi is ONE!! Wow, where has this year gone!! I’m sure all you mama’s out there feel the same way I do. It’s all happening too fast!

We had the most amazing day celebrating Anderson with our closet friends, family and of course the MAD Aunties. I swore I wouldn’t go crazy and let the party planning get to me…but it did ( hence the flower ice)!! However, the day couldn’t have been more special. We were so lucky to have a gorgeous summer day to make the Garden Party complete. I wanted this day to be a day to celebrate our girl yet have the chance to connect with friends and family. And we did just that! Nothing makes my heart happier then seeing her play with friends!

 

I know Andi wont remember the party but so many special moment’s took place to honour her. Ryan’s sister Caitlin and cousin Courtney ( CaCo Cakes) made Andi her birthday cake. You guys i’m telling you it’s the most delicious thing i’ve ever tasted. Light, fluffy with a punch of fresh orange. Drooling yet? I loved the ‘naked style’ cake so we dressed it up with fresh blooms from Lily Stone Gardens. Andi got her own personal size  that we were hoping she would destroy. She’s wasn’t to sure what to do with the cake but still managed to get covered in icing. Nothing that a dip in the pool with your party dress on can’t help.

She was beyond spoiled with love from the people in our life who love & support us. I’ve cried a handful of times in the last couple days but i’m just so proud of the little girl she’s become. It’s truly amazing how this big hearted, fun loving, feisty girl has changed our life forever and how she’s already made such an impact on those she meets.

Happy Birthday Anderson Rae!! We love you to pieces!!
