Both of these positions are to start immediately.

The Mad Team is known for finding the best pieces each season from our vendors in Los Angeles and across Canada. Part Time Sales Associate

We are looking for a Full & Part-time Sales Associate to join the Mad Team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and the fashion industry. The ideal candidate is personable, hard working and enthusiastic with an interest in fashion. Previous retail experience is an asset, but not essential. Applicants for both positions must be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during our regular hours. 

Working with the Mad Team is the best (we aren’t biased at all!). Sales Associates are primarily responsible for providing the boutique Mad experience to every client in store and online. We are focused on welcoming and getting to know our clients, helping inform them about our products, and finding and styling the pieces that work best for their lifestyle. Sales Associates also receive and process stock; assist with social media, photo shoots and special events; and keep the boutique organized and looking beautiful. There is always something in the works which can lead to a wide range of additional responsibilities that you may be asked to take on, so we need you to be responsible, driven, and adaptable in a fast paced work environment.
